Proficient communication skills (English) – verbal and written
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs of customer, technologies and/or techniques
Have managed a team of 7 technical engineers (minimum)
Provides technical assistance and guidance to the team and help them meet project milestones
Hands-on knowledge in consuming the features of JMeter
Have used JMeter to deliver at least 10 performance testing engagements using Http/s, REST, WebSocket’s, Ajax protocol
Demonstrates industry standard best practices in developing performance test scripts
Hands-On knowledge in Java language is a MUST
Hands-On experience in developing and consuming shell scripts
Knowledge of Groovy, Selenium and Appium is an added advantage
