- Proficient communication skills (English) – verbal and written
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs of customer, technologies and/or techniques
- Have managed a team of 5 technical engineers (minimum)
- Provides technical assistance and guidance to the team and help them meet project milestones
- Hands-on knowledge in consuming the features of JMeter
- Have used JMeter to deliver at least 8 performance testing engagements using Http/s, REST,SOAP WebSocket’s
- Demonstrates industry standard best practices in developing performance test scripts
- Knowledge of Java, Groovy, Selenium and Appium is an added advantage
