Job Description

Main Purpose of the Role:
This role will be responsible for managing the IT testing capabilities used by the Global Testing team and the Development and Delivery organization. The scope of the role includes establishing the standards and governance on Performance, Security and Operational Readiness Testing.

Accountabilities:
Serve as single subject matter expert for Performance, Security & Operational readiness testing. (Making decisions)
Define Performance Testing guidelines, standards and roadmap (Making decisions)
Experience in creating/updating performance test frameworks (Making decisions)
Experience in designing test plans, test cases, and reports for performance testing (Making decisions)
Expert Knowledge of Load Runner / Performance Center, and other PT tools. (Making decisions)
Understanding Non-Functional Requirements (Being informed)
Evaluating objectives of Service Level Agreement (Making decisions)
Expertise in Security testing of web-based applications, stand-alone enterprise products and mobile applications. (Making decisions)
Expertise in security assessment and penetration testing, including capability to use both automated tools and manual tools/techniques. (Making decisions)
Define ORT guidelines and govern applications/projects to those standards (being informed)
Manage a team of vendor resources also skilled in PT, ST & ORT (making decisions)

Qualifications/Requirements
Years of Exp Needed:
Minimum 5-8 years in IT testing
Minimum Bachelor’s degree is required. CS or Information Systems is preferred.
Deep experience in AGILE development, SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps: Agile Delivery, Build, & CI/CD, Track Test Plans, Defects, Charts & Dashboards
Highly Experienced in Load Runner/Performance Center, AppDynamics, Splunk
LoadRunner / Performance Center: Simulate multiple user sessions
Expertise in SAST and DAST capabilities
Knowledge of Static code analysis and tools like Micro Focus Fortify, OWASP, SonarQube and others
Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments - breadth of application knowledge / expertise throughout PepsiCo
Demonstrates the desire and ability to develop new technology skills, business knowledge, and customer service capability through training, experimentation, and self-study
Provide outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers
Ability to effectively work with remote teams in different regions of the world
Managing relationship with Vendors, Manage Service Partners, Enterprise Architecture & Information Security Teams
