Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
Core skills:  15+ years Development or Quality Assurance Experience, contemporary software quality assurance processes with a focus on Performance testing.
Strong architecture and design skills with experience of delivering large enterprise solutions.
Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market/technical conditions and future direction
Experience in high volume, high throughput environment
Expertise with performance infrastructure and cloud resources (AWS, Azure).
Excellent understanding of the architectural principles for private & public cloud-based platforms that include SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, infrastructure as code, and continuous availability.
Experience with high performance client-server and web-based applications.
Experience of modelling techniques / numerically confident
Wide experience of technology – user-interface, transactional and batch processing, also cloud experience, experience of package implementation.
Experience of Performance Testing large enterprise solutions.
Experience in various profiling tools.
Strong analysis skills both business and technical.
Ability to drive a collaborative approach across business functions, and external partners.
Good stakeholder management influencing skills.
Experience with testing and analyzing various Performance tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Neustar).
Experience with web service technology like XML, REST, SOAP, WSDL, JSON.
Database technologies and tools such as SQL Server, Mongo DB, SQL, PL/SQL, .Net, ETL.
In depth knowledge of RDBMS concepts, ability to read and write complex SQL scripts.
Experienced in implementing Performance frameworks.
Backend performance experience with SQL profiling tools.
Strong interest and participation as a coach and a mentor to junior members of technical team.
A proven record initiating and leading change – both technical and process
Experience should be sufficient to allow successful candidate to make “best judgment” decisions successfully when direction is unclear or rapidly shifting
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Regulatory industry.
Experience with the unique challenges to Non-Functional Requirements in the healthcare vertical
Thorough understanding of NoSQL document database design and scaling considerations.
Knowledge in security testing, VAPT tools.
