Job Description

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance testing.
Design and execute performance tests using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. Majorly loadrunner
Develop performance test scripts and scenarios to simulate real-world usage patterns.
Monitor application performance using tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, or AppDynamics.
Strong understanding of software performance testing and optimisation techniques.
Analyse performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimise application performance and resource utilisation.
Recommend/highlight areas of change to architecture, code, and infrastructure to improve performance and contribute to organisation best practices.
Conduct capacity planning and scalability assessments to ensure systems can handle future growth.
Provide input into infrastructure and architecture planning to support scalability
Document performance testing strategies, test results, and optimization efforts.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate performance findings and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest performance engineering practices and tools.
Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvements and implement best practices.
Proven experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.
Strong understanding of software performance testing and optimisation techniques.
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with monitoring tools and technologies.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.

2+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in system/software quality and testing.
