Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Rigor and passion to drive the test automation culture within organization
Architect test automation framework for embedded medical products.
Architect and develop automation framework interface/protocol testing.
Experience with a variety of types of testing, including regression, performance, stress, unit, integration, and security testing
Technical expertise in automate system and UI UX workflow.
Hand’s on experience in Embedded application in C++, Python.
Well versed with Bug tracking tool JIRA, JIRA workflow and should be able to create the statistics from database.
Working experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline methodology
Participating in design and architectural discussions
Lead agile team of software test engineers focused on the Software Development Life Cycle of our applications, ensuring high engagement and ownership in delivery.
Ability to mentor junior automation engineer, reviews the test scripts
Mandatory
Qualifications:
Minimum 12+ year of Automation or development background
Hand’son experience of developing automation framework and scale across different product.
Expertise in building automation test framework for embedded products from scratch.
Experience in developing interface /protocol testing framework.
Experience in building stress test cases and setups
Experience in protocols serial, ethernet,USB,I2C,SPI,Wireless technologies
Experience in simulation testing.
Experience in driving performance test strategy using automated framework.
Good knowledge in hardware interfaces
C,C++,RTOS/Embedded Linux
Python
Experience in debugging and debugging tools like GDB.
Good knowledge in hardware interfaces
Experience in automating user interface workflows.
Hand’s on experience inLinux environment & shell scripting.
Experience in unit testing.
Hand’s on experience on Version control Git
Understanding of verification process/ product life cycle through some test software eg: ALM tool,
Assimilate the requirements from a software repository ,eg: DOORS
Hands on experience on developing unit level and functional level software automation test scripts

Qualifications:
Experience in developing embedded applications running on RTOS/Linux.
Experience in building automation framework for medical products.
Experience in Integrity RTOS
Experience in SafeRTOS
Experience in dynamic profiling and tools.
Knowledge of medical device software development is highly preferred including knowledge of standards such as IEC 62304, ISO 14971
