7+ years of experience with at least 3 years in a QA Manager role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
Experience in writing and reviewing test strategies, test plans, test cases and test results.
Experience in identifying and executing strategic investments to automate quality processes using scalable testing tools and frameworks.
Strong ability to define and communicate business and technical vision
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A deep understanding of automation testing by leading engineers who can write automation scripts that will aid in automated testing
Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions
Understanding of testing strategies including technologies for automated testing
Experience on using any Test management tool like qTest, Quality Center etc
Experience with one scripting language preferably C# & Selenium or other automation framework
Proven track record of attracting, hiring, motivating and developing the best quality minded individuals.
Should have experience in testing APIs through Postman
Experienced in using various bug tracking, source control, and build release tools like JIRA, SVN, GIT
Preferable to have a good exposure to one or more of the following technologies and databases: C#, SQL Server
