Lead quality team to support performance evaluation of system
Lead technical discussions with customers / stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and customer is satisfied
Design and execute Load/Performance Test for cloud based application
Understands and shares the standard/realistic performance metrics for internet and intranet facing application
Understands the application quickly and can derive ideal performance scenarios for testing
Creates a load test suite, tests, shares\presents detailed reports with findings
Supports development team to simulate and fix.
Re-test post fixes and shares detailed reports
Prepare excellent technical documents (including flowcharts and diagrams) and reports with cross functional teams for engineering and program management
Provide first-hand technical analysis and solutions to OEM and third parties teams
Design and conduct test programs that support project initiatives
Be able to create and execute the test plans, test requirements, test cases, test scripts
Defect reporting and verification
Identify any potential problems that the end-users might encounter
Managing customer expectations with all day-to-day requests
Perform manual and automated testing determining product quality and release readiness

What You Need
12+ years of experience software quality assurance
Bachelor of science in electronics, software, computer science or in data/information technology is preferred
8+ years experience in Performance testing.
Excellent understanding and hands-on experience in JAVA development or Performance Test Framework design
Experience working in the technology industry or automotive industry
Good knowledge of QA Methodologies & Processes
Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills
Good Unix Skills, Testing Automation Capabilities, Scripting languages knowledge, Strong Debugging Skills

Recognized industry standard certificates in the area of project or program management
Recognized industry standard certificates in the area Software and System Architecture
Formal competence of industry quality standards (ex. CMMI, Ideal, ISO9000)
Experiences/competences in DB Systems (SQL, NOSQL)
Experiences/competences in high performance computing and extra large IoT systems
Experiences/competences in Software Engineering for Cloud and Mobile computing
Knowledge of the software development process and its technologies
Good knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns
Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
Experience with service oriented architecture (SOA)
