Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with at least 6+ years of IT experience
Experience with different test methodologies and their corresponding tools
Experience in Test Automation, writing test cases, plans, test strategies, bug reports created should be easy to read and comprehend
Experience in Design and develop reliable testing frameworks that enable full coverage and execute within a CI/CD pipeline
Focused on testability, robustness and performance of software testing and development process
Experience with Java Selenium, web driver and other automation tools
Influence the development, program management, & design teams on technical implementation and user scenarios
An innovator with a track record of implementing quality improvement plans
Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment
Experience with distributed service-based applications
Good verbal & written communication skills
