Should have 9-12 years of experience in full time SDET role
Should have involved in developing frameworks, managing and delivery test automation from the scratch
Should be familiar with end-end phases of test automation
Troubleshoot test automation issues and provide resolutions to teams
Should be familiar with code reviews, design patterns, and implementing best practices in test automation
Should have excellent communication skills
Should have experience with any of the following tools Protractor/REACT/ Cypress/Appium
Experience with Node.js/React
Experience with Jenkins and Docker
Automation experience at Unit, API and UI level
Experience with Selenium, Frisby, Jasmine, Mocha or similar tools.
Hands on experience in programming preferably in Java Script/Python/C#.
Hands on experience with PowerShell scripting is a plus
Experience in TDD/BDD testing process
Ability to write complex SQL queries & stored procedures is a plus
Willing to learn new tools/technologies as required to fulfill the job
Develop, maintain and execute automated tests
Develop, maintain and improve test automation framework and test infrastructure as needed
Setup test automation infrastructure across AWS, Docker etc
Conduct code reviews, setup best practices, mentor/train team on them
Analyze Test automation trends in the market, learn new tools as needed and design reusable test automation frameworks
Coordinate with the Stakeholders to facilitate the gathering and documenting of test automation objectives and requirements for input into Automation Strategy and Design approach
Support functional testing teams as Test automation consultant in Setup, Planning, POC, Delivery, Training and handover of test automation solutions
Manage the SEITs and assist them with their daily challenges on automation
