Responsible for leading a team working on Projects/ initiatives across multiple lines of business and operating groups as a Project Manager, to coordinate and complete projects, define performance and results
Participate in all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing and follow Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases
Determine time frames, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, allotment of resources to various phases of projects and lead others in the organization to make meaningful process improvements
Make presentations to senior leadership, ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
Proven Track record of IT project delivery, understanding business strategy, profound industry know how on Managing projects across different phases of Software Development Life Cycle
Ability to communicate with cross functional teams to collect requirement, describe and clarify strategy and specify solution features
Work with geographically distributed teams and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with team to understand the challenges and provide solution
Interpret metrics and recommends appropriate actions
Pro-actively identify options and/or additional opportunities or actions needed to meet objectives
Tailor communication to audience, conveying appropriate sense of urgency and relevant information
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration. Communicate effectively with all Customers, Stakeholders and project teams
Pro-actively seek out the right people in and outside of team to further understanding and acquire what is needed
Required Qualifications:
BE/ B.Tech /MCA/M. Tech in Software Engineering/Computer Science
8 to 10+ years of relevant experience in Software Engineering and IT/ITES Industry
Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager and should have delivered projects of good scale, preferably in Health Care Domain
5+ Years Experience in Agile methodology, Scrum based SW development , Software Quality Engineering and Automation Testing
Agile SCRUM / PMP Certified will be preferred
Applied knowledge of project Management tools e.g. Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, CA Rally etc.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex product development initiatives within tight timelines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
