Interact with technical management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of business objectives
Plan and build tests (manual and automated) as needed in consultation with technical/project managers, and development teams
Use existing tools and techniques to execute releases and build/script new tools for performing the release function
Execute the automation strategy and generate scripts to perform automated testing - Manage risks and resolve issues related to QA and release management
Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using JIRA, Confluence and similar tools
Support production deployment of applications and perform “validation testing” during release cycles
Build and document processes for release management in consultation with various stakeholders
QA, Development, Management etc. - Suggest enhancements in tools, processes etc. to continuously improve outcomes
We’re looking for someone with:
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Automation testing using Selenium Java.
Experience of QA and release management in SFDC environments.
Technical background with a good understanding of object-oriented programming, etc.
Knowledge of automated release tools, like Git, Jenkins. Preferred to have.
Must demonstrate an ability to learn business processes, tools etc.
