About the role:
To maintain ground-breaking propositions for Magnum and support the next wave of innovations, we are looking for a Lead Quality Assurance who has a strong curiosity to get to the heart of the workings of our digital solutions and who is driven to question the status quo to take QA to the next level.

As Magnum QA Lead, you will help to enhance and strengthen our current approach, defining a testing strategy contextualized within each product area. You will also be involved in leading and expanding the existing QA team but starting with a hands-on approach, focusing in the beginning on one specific product to gain understanding of the ecosystem at first and then subsequently applying it Magnum wide. The Lead QA is accountable for the design and continuous improvement of the QA processes and methodologies that are embedded within our Software Development Lifecycle. The QA strategy has an end-to-end spectrum encompassing all aspects from business feature testing to software automation testing.

Your main responsibilities are:
Defines QA strategy, approach and execution
Lead a test organization including manual testing, automated testing, performance testing and DevOps
Continually improve Quality Assurance testing processes, policies, standards and best practices across all testing phases
Coordinate, plan, and execute testing activities during all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle
Build a sustainable QA culture within the Magnum ecosystem, especially regarding automated testing
Help to identify priorities, working closely with product and engineering teams
Design and install an optimized and reusable framework to track QA actions, quality, and results

Requirements:
12+ years of experience as a QA engineer or manager, working on digital solutions preferably SaaS in a Product company
Broad technical knowledge and hands-on experience in test methodologies, automation frameworks, performance testing tools etc.
Outstanding technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation in a CI/CD environment
Proven track record in designing, implementing, executing and supervising an end-to-end testing approach
Experience in managing and scaling a multi-disciplined QA team
A "Reverse-engineering" mindset able to proactively transform the QA approach
Strong analytical skills and capability to interpret and challenge requirements and solutions design
Experience in QA mentorship and leading by example an international and multi-cultural technical team spread across different locations
A Personal attitude that is in sync with the following values: proactivity, ownership, continuous improvement
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
