As a QA/QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing manual and automated tests for a distributed software product that provides necessary level of security in engineering laboratories across the entire company.
You will:
Contribute into QA automation activities by implementing new tests, update and fix defects in existing ones
Taking part in designing the architecture of the automated testing software
Perform regular QA cycles (both manual and automated parts), analyze the runs results, file bugs, and create QA reports upon that
Participate in both cross-geo communications inside the team and in communications with internal customers and peers
Essential Requirements
1+ years of software development experience, along with the University Degree with a major in Computer Science or equivalent
Proven QA experience (QA theory, writing efficient test cases, etc.)
Proven QA Automation experience (writing QA Automation software)
Good hands-on experience in Python & PyTest
Understanding of agile software development principles and best practices
Desirable Requirements
Hands-on experience in the software development processes related software (Git, JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Great communication skills and collaborative teamwork-oriented mind
