Impressico is looking for automation QA engineers to work on data migrations and pipeline orchestration on its clients’ projects.
Responsibilities:
Create test plans from requirements and architecture/design of data pipelines in the AWS data engineering environment of Glue, Redshift, and Lambda
develop QA scripts in Python
develop and execute tests against user stories covering all aspects of functional and non-functional requirements
develop test scripts that perform data validations using SQL and other tools’ interfaces
collaborate with developers and product teams in troubleshooting root cause of issues
report bugs using standardized processes and tools
report opportunities for improved test coverage and delivery

Coding in Python
Strong skills in SQL
ETL testing
DWH (Data warehouse) experience
Hands-on experience working on a data warehouse, data lakes, or Business Intelligence
Familiarity working in the AWS environment and its data features
