Your role:
Designing and developing test automation scripts
Adoption of available automation framework & tools and leveraging the same for delivering automation roadmap
Executing, owning and extending unit test automation
Collaborating with QA and Dev team for providing test automation solutions
Work alongside BAs to understand Business & Domain
Contribute towards manual testing when required
Your expertise
University degree or equivalent with 6 to 12 years of experience in an IT delivery environment with specialization in test automation
Experience in UI test automation using Selenium / Test Complete
Proficiency in programming language such as JAVA / C++
Experience in designing, creating and using test automation frameworks
Ability to work independently and communicate at all levels and with both business and technology staff
Good understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
Fluent in written and verbal English

Open minded, eager to learn and self-motivated
strategic thinker; strong conceptual capability
Cash Equities, Trading domain knowledge will be added advantage
