We're looking for QA Automation Test Engineer to:
Design and develop test automation scripts
Adopt available automation framework & tools and leverage the same for delivering automation roadmap
Execute, own and extend unit test automation
Collaborate with QA and Dev team for providing test automation solutions
Work alongside BAs to understand Business & Domain
Contribute towards manual testing when required
Your expertise
University degree or equivalent with 4 to 8 years of experience in an IT delivery environment with specialization in test automation
Experience in shell scripting
Experience in designing, creating and using test automation frameworks
Ability to work independently and communicate at all levels and with both business and technology staff
Good understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
Fluent in written and verbal English
Client focused and proven ability to motivate and challenge teams to strive to exceed client expectations and building collaborative partnerships
Open minded, eager to learn and self-motivated
strategic thinker; strong conceptual capability
Cash Equities, QUANTS, ALGO Trading domain knowledge will be added advantage
