Develop and automate performance measurement, data analysis & diagnostic solutions
Design, implement and maintain performance test frameworks
Develop standard benchmarks for performance measurement
Root-cause performance problems and implement solutions to resolve them
Understand the products in depth to be able to identify performance bottlenecks/troubleshooting/profiling in code
Have an eye to detail in identifying the pattern, troubleshooting complex performance issues, application profiling
Publish research papers and product performance technical white-papers
Analyse next generation cloud deployment architectures to achieve optimal performance SLAs
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in test frameworks, performance testing and test automation
5+ years of experience with systems engineering and software development
Strong analytical and programming skills in Python
Strong understanding of OS fundamentals (Mac/ Linux/ Windows)
Solid understanding/experience of containerisation services such as Docker/Kubernetes
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead discussions
Excellent troubleshooting skills and great attention to detail
Experience supporting an enterprise-level SaaS environment
Security Experience a plus
Experience with AWS
Good understanding of virtualisation is a plus
