Primary Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
Experience developing test automation tools and frameworks.
Experience with functional, performance and stress testing for web applications and back-end services at scale.
Experience developing high-quality test strategies and test automation.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills and an ability to come up with creative solutions to impossible-to-solve problems.
Experience with handling large scale data.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong exposure with Selenium and Appium framework.
Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, relational & no-SQL databases.
Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly.
Coding experience with automation framework, tools, and services for mobile. Experience in API testing.
Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes.
Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.
Knowledge of JS, bash or other scripting languages a plus.
Expertise in database testing including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored procs, jobs, triggers and replication.
