Responsibilities:
Contribute to a multinational, highly customized desktop project
Integration and regression testing for software changes in Point-of-Sale, Back-Office, Head-Office, EFT, loyalty, Self-checkout and forecourt related customer projects.
Knowledge in workflows, restrictions, security aspects and other integration related topics for the above.
Designing test cases according to software specification documents.
Support Developers and Quality Assurance during implementation and test.
Communication between internal developers and suppliers/ project leads to coordinate delivery progress
Cooperate with the multinational team and suggest decision of implementation
Provide direction and coach team members
Minimal requirements:
University degree in information technology, business informatics, or adequate job experience.
Knowledge of software development and testing processes and especially requirements engineering.
Fluent in English.
Desirable skills set:
Ability to translate business processes and software specification into concrete workflow descriptions and test scenarios.
Clear reporting and communication to and between different stakeholders.
Capability to discuss with solution and software architects and guide them in specifying solutions and requirements.
An interest in an application landscape based on the Microsoft Windows ecosystem and point-of-sale hardware with its real-time peripherals.
Awareness and appreciation of general quality assurance principles
