Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field of study. Master’s degree preferred
3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Automation testing
Minimum of 3 years’ hands on experience in designing and developing tests for complex products
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in designing and developing automation test scripts for products developed in Client-Server and Web technologies
Experience in testing and automating products / applications designed for multiple platforms, designing and maintenance of test framework
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Any test certifications (CSQA, Test automation certifications, etc.,)
SDLC experience
Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Very good sense of ownership
Good analytical skills and self-initiative to learn new testing methodologies and techniques
Self-initiative to learn testing methodologies and techniques
Familiarity with MS solutions (e.g., D365, SSRS, etc.)
Project Management and user training experience is desired
