We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manual Tester to join our growing software development team. The successful candidate should have extensive experience in manual testing and a passion for ensuring high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end testing of features on mobile app and website.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Identify, reproduce, and report defects found during testing, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Possess a strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle, pre-and post-release.
Be a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual, taking ownership of quality and seeking opportunities for improvement.
Engage actively in root cause analysis, defect reporting, and triaging, working to resolve issues and improve the overall quality of the software.
Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure that testing is aligned with project requirements

Participating in the planning and estimation of testing efforts
Qualifications:
3 + years of experience in software testing of both Web and Mobile Applications.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies
Experience with Test case management and bug-tracking tools
Hands-on experience working with tools like Postman, Charles, Jira, Testrail
Must have a good understanding of UI and API protocols, and how the World Wide Web functions, including sessions, cookies, and browsers.
Experience developing high-quality test strategies and test plans
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think creatively to solve complex issues.
Previous experience working with SQL, ETL, Security, and Performance testing is a plus
