Applies software quality practices to design, influence and drive quality and testability of products and services (Requirements/Testing/Quality)
Collaborates with various product groups and design teams to participate in writing of project/test plan documentation & coordinates technical dependencies
Builds an internal and external network to leverage best practices and technologies and Mentors others on quality methods and techniques
Lead quality activities for complex projects and processes (act as a single point of contact)
Participates in the definition of project objectives and Provides LOEs and schedule needs for proposed objectives
Observes and offers continuous feedback to leaders on how to improve testing efficiency
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
BS in Business or Computer Science or equivalent related experience,
6+ years direct experience as a QA Analyst and extensive experience with core software applications, including web and client/server applications.
Ability to work in front end and back end QA environment with strong knowledge in all QA methodologies, software lifecycle including Agile, best practices etc
