Designing, developing and executing manual and automated test cases to ensure quality product and service delivery.
Report defects in the defect tracking system, work with development and design teams for resolution of such defects. Participate in root cause analysis.
Carry out automated test development using existing automation framework and carry out enhancements to the framework as needed.
End-to-end Ownership of new feature/functionality as well as existing areas features of the product.
Work on customer escalations on the above products when required.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience of QA in AV or similar industry
Strong Networking skills on TCP/IP, HTTPS etc
Good command over usage of packet sniffing tools like Wireshark etc
Proven experience in Test Automation using Python and selenium
Exposure to Virtualization software (VMWare, Hyper-V etc.)
Exposure to Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure etc.)
