Should have 3 to 5 years of QA testing Experience
Should understand project/applications requirements from multiple stakeholders
Should proactively pitch in to get the clarifications cleared on time
Should have knowledge on deriving and designing manual testcases from test scenarios and test plan
Should have knowledge on test execution process
Should have knowledge on traceability matrix and to design RTM (Requirements traceability matrix)
Should have knowledge on Test Management tools like ALM, JIRA etc
Should collaborate with development teams for fixing the defects in timely manner
Should be well versed with waterfall and Agile methodologies
ISTQB certification is a plus
