2+ years of relevant experience, with a BS or MS degree
Experience with Automation/Programming using Python
Experience in writing test plans and test cases, strong knowledge of SQA methodologies, tools and procedures
Network analysis tools (Wireshark, Tcpdump, Fiddler)
Good understanding of standard TCP/IP protocols such as ARP, IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP & IPSec VPNs
Good understanding of L4-L7 protocols (HTTP, SSL/TLS)
Windows / Linux services installation and configuration (HTTP, DHCP, DNS, FTP, MAIL Protocols, etc.)
Testing mobile and desktop clients over a variety of applications against a network security product
Understanding of how the Internet works at a network packet level is essential
VoIP / SIP experience is desirable
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi, qemu/kvm, Microsoft Hyper-V
