Responsibilities:
Responsible for all QA functions (planning, strategy, testing execution & tools).
Ensure that QA process is communicated & adequate to ensure agreed quality levels.
Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Utilize innovative test technologies to develop a product's testing strategy
Ensure that all the developments/ modifications are regression testable and delivered as per planned schedule.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Debug and understand the root cause of the issue.
Execute functional test cases to capture the required test evidence.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Working experience in Test and Team Management.
Understanding of STLC, Test Methodologies & Test Strategy.
Understand & analyze Business, Functional, Technical & UI Requirements of the project.

Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes
QA & Manual Testing, API Testing, Postman, Integration Testing, Report Bugs, Test Plans, Test Scenario, Test Case Creation, Jira, Test Data, Functional & Exploratory Testing, SDLC/ STLC, System Testing, ReTesting/ Regression Testing, Smoke/ Sanity Testing, Salesforce knowledge.
