Job Experience and Education Requirements:
SVM requires applicants to meet the following education requirements and have the job experience as listed below:
2+ years of experience
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in relevant field
Responsibilities:
Duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand the application and requirements.
Participating in and represent the testing team at various iteration ceremonies and estimate user stories.
Developing testing strategies, test plans (functional and automation), and reports
Identifying, monitoring, and presenting metrics related to testing activities
Coordinating continuous improvement initiatives and best practices for the testing function
The development and implementation of a test automation strategy
Technical Expertise:
SVM requires applicants to have the following experience and skills:
Proficiency in written and verbal communication
Experience with managing teams
Must have worked in agile environments previously
A sound understanding of various testing methods and deliverables is required
Comprehensive healthcare domain experience is required, specifically around clinical trial systems, such as EDC, CTMS, IWRS, and eCOA
An understanding of GxP risk assessment procedures for computer systems as well as 21 CFR part 11 requirements
Prior experience with test management tools and defect management tools is advantageous
Previous exposure to automation tools is preferred
