UST is looking for a QA Engineer-UI who can handle following responsibilities
• Develop and maintain automated testing solutions that enhance the reliability, scope, and efficiency of quality assurance efforts against a range of platforms and products, both internal and external.
• Have a solid understanding of coding and programming languages and how to apply them effectively.
• Maintain industry-standard metrics as well as specific account-related metrics for adjusting internal QA standards.
• Deliver high-quality, low-to-zero defect releases using Test Automation.
• Work with Product Team and Development Team to define/understand test requirements.
• Provide good estimates, including risk assessment, for accurate commitments.
• Manage and assess scope and workload and communicate for additional resources needed for the release.
• Create and track/triage bugs for fixes and resolutions throughout testing.
• Identify potential build and timing problems as early as possible, flagging to the QA Manager Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering discipline.
• 4+ years of experience writing quality code using object-oriented language such as Java or C#.
• Experience in designing and developing test automation and tools using Selenium WebDriver and MSTest/TestNG.
• Experience setting up framework using Appium for Mobile App Test Automation (iOS and Android)
• Experience in designing and developing test automation and tools using REST Assured or similar.
• Experience with creating/transforming test data using database.
• Experience with continuous delivery practices using Azure.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology.
