• Policy Center QA on Homeowners LOB - Residential and Commercial.
• Requirements Analysis, Test Case Creation, Test Execution, Defect - Creation, Retest and Closure accordingly.
• Attend Daily scrum - both Internal PC QA scrum.
• POC for Rating Testing, should have a good understanding of Rate books, Rate tables, Rate Routines, Rating steps - to ensure smooth transition.
• As a Rating QA, prepare Test data to create policies (Residential and Commercial policies) to generate Rate table combinations for Rate Factor, Rate Routine and Total premium validations. And for this test data preparation, good knowledge of rally is required for Requirements tracking/searching - If in case of any failures/ factor mismatches, then user has to differentiate if that was occurred due to incorrect test data input or automation script issue or GW related issue - so this knowledge would help immensely for this.
• Once this test data was created, use created/used Automation scripts to fetch the input data from test data sheets and create policies and perform Rate Factor, Rate Routine and Total Premium validations - So Automation knowledge - Selenium with Java, is also needed for this role.
• Using Jenkins to run the Automation Batch jobs and Results are generated in Extent reports and Excel reports as well
• should have good excel hands on to work faster.
