Candidate must have over 6-8 years of IT experience and should be able to perform below QA activities using with technologies like: Teradata, GCP-Big Query, SQL, etc.
Extensive experience in software development and testing and hands on experience in Teradata, GCP-Big Query, SQL, etc.
Experience in SDLC with emphasis on specifying, building, and testing mission critical business applications Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile work management tools
Experience in requirements analysis, gap analysis, requirements elicitation, requirements management and communication 2 Manages individual and team quality of work toward meeting or exceeding SLA targets 3 Strong analytical and prioritization skills
Responsibilities:
Extensive experience in software development and testing and able to coordination with multiple teams ( Business , IT, Dev team and Cross-functional).
Ability to create testing scenarios and Test cases as per business requirements
Ability to convert functional testing scenarios to technical scenarios and write queries accordingly to perform the QA activities.
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
Monitor debugging process results
Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
In-depth understanding of Tools & Technologies like : Teradata, GCP-Big Query, SQL, etc.
Analyze bugs and errors found during testing phases (QA).
