The Purpose of This Role:
The candidate will be helping in achieving the automation goal for organization and making sure that good quality product is delivered to customers by performing development, functional and automation testing. Person will work closely with QE team, Partners, Business analysts & Development teams to Develop, Automate and validate software with high quality.

Performing Functional Testing, Automation scripting and Database automation.
Setting up & maintaining frameworks, performing test automation on multiple application platforms, such as Web, Database, Desktop, API, SaaS and Mobile
Participating in Agile ceremonies meetings and meeting with business end users for deeper understanding of business needs to delivering value for customers.
Will be involved in Defect Triage, Test Estimation, QA Status reporting
Managing the final quality on production release
Working closely with Development team, DevOps, Onshore partners, and other QE team members

Technical / Behavioral
Working Experience being full stack, with strong knowledge in programming languages.
Experience in Quality Engineering Domain & Experience working with Agile teams.
Strong Database Skills, strong in SQL Queries, working experience AWS & Snowflakes technologies
Experience in Data Mining, Test data creation and Database Migration
Experience in validating Data feed files of both Structural and Unstructured Data (XMLs, CSVs, JSONS)
Should have exposure to cloud-based systems design, development, and hosting.
Experience in performing data quality checks using python in Data Lakes, AWS/S3
Hands on experience on Test Automation using Selenium & Python.
Good understanding of Automation Frameworks – Data Driven, Key word Driven, Hybrid
Strong analytical skills and high aptitude to learn and adapt to new processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The Skills that are Good To Have for this role
Good Knowledge\Experience in HR, Compensation & Payroll domain
Knowledge on multiple programming languages including JavaScript, Golang will be added advantage.
Hands on Experience in tools Eg: Control M, NiFi, WhereScape, Snowflake etc
Exposure to Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Test Driven Development (TDD).
Experience in testing Big Data (HADOOP), Live streaming data, Elasticsearch Testing.
Strong Understanding of PowerApps Model and Canvas apps automation.
Good understanding of CI-CD and DevOps concepts is preferred.

7+ years of IT experience with Full Stack Quality Engineering Automation, API and Database testing
