Lead QA engineer will be responsible for the complete QA delivery in the trading space which includes automation.

Creating Test scenarios/ Test Cases, Defect Management
Automation of test cases.
Work on technical initiatives with US partners and collaborate with cross-geography teams
Taking the business requirements coupled with design documents create functional test cases
Provide leadership to junior and senior engineers, understanding how to leverage and enhance their current skills
Working with the team across shores and working on various automation efforts
Collaborate with peers and the leadership team on process improvement ideas, policy and procedure enhancements and opportunities to improve the customer service experience
The Skills that are Key to this role
Technical / Behavioral
7+ years of experience in testing, development methodologies, Testing Life cycle. Good work experience with Functional Testing and automation.
Experience in Agile methodology
Experience in selenium cucumber, serenity.
Deep experience in webservice testing preferably REST
Experience in creating Test Plans, Test Cases, Defect Management
Experience in Oracle database & experience in SQL
Knowledge of financial/ brokerage domain
Good knowledge of Functional (UI) testing
Expert knowledge on Automation – API [Rest assured, Kafka]
Exposure in AWS.
Experience in test management tool like Jira, Xray.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of commitment, initiative, vision and enthusiasm
Creative, energetic, assertive hands-on professional who enjoys the challenge of change
