QA Engineering Lead will support the RMS team in establishing QA frameworks and processes as part of the software development lifecycle, conducting functional and regression tests, and sharing test results with management and key stakeholders. He / She will be responsible for overseeing the work of RMS QA Engineers embedded in agile squads.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Lead and direct QA function within RMS Teams
Test and sign-off on new features
Develop and maintain regression test coverage
Actively participate in QA tool & framework selection for RMS team
Provide test outcome reports and statuses to management and stakeholders
Implement methodologies and standards for RMS QA engineers
Engage Product Managers and Product Owners on test cases and functional requirements
Incorporate agile delivery methodologies
SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
7+ years’ experience as a QA Engineer
3+ years’ Azure DevOps experience including developing Test Plans
Strong knowledge of Functional testing
Knowledge on Database testing and SQL
Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive deadlines for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field is preferred
