Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
10-15 years of software testing and automation experience building large scale and highly distributed application.
Desired Skill set:
Strong knowledge & practical experience in software testing
Good working experience in Agile/Scrum model
Experience in end-to-end testing of system software applications on Windows.
Installation/configuration/administration skills of one or more of Windows Operating systems
Testing: Ability to understand requirements, design test cases using testing techniques. Hands on experience of functional, and automation testing
Automation: Exposure to scripting languages – Python, JAVA and VB Script
Experience in building automation framework based on POM(Page Object Model), Data Driven, Keyword Driven, Behaviors-driven development (BDD)- Cucumber Framework and integration with various reporting tools
Desirable: Knowledge/ Hands-on experience in automation testing in Selenium/UFT and API testing
Desirable: Knowledge/ Hands-on experience in testing frameworks like TestNG, Junit and Nose etc.
Desirable: Exposure to Databases like Oracle, Postgres and MS -SQL
Exposure to virtualization tools to create testing environment.
Ability to be independent as a Technical Lead for testing above-mentioned areas.
Planning/strategizing/implementing end to end testing of complex solutions.
Knowledge on Amazon S3 and MS Azure is a plus.
