Communicate and Track any quality risks, gaps or issues
Communicate the status of testing initiatives to the stakeholder groups and lead triage meetings
Verify and review software and business requirements
Continually improve the testing infrastructure, tools, and processes
Have responsibilities in the process of traceability of requirements through to functional tests and defect lists
Own the process of creating metrics to measure and monitor product performance
Establish, document, and enhance QA processes; train team members on those processes
Define quality metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the Product
Oversee the software and system quality across all development phases in the eCommerce and PIM area
Oversee development, accompanying integration and system tests in non-production environment
Examination of acceptance criteria from user stories and review of test cases and test scenarios
Ensure that defects are correctly captured, reviewed, prioritized, and triaged and that resources are assigned to resolve defects
Participation in the definition and construction of test automation and environments
Coach for now code / low code test automation engineers
Documentation and reporting of identified error patterns
Participation in the coordination of the respective implementation and solution strategies
Review / verification of the effectiveness of the troubleshooting measures carried out
System acceptance and optimization of the overall system
Software approval for validation
Participation in project planning as well as helping to design solution concepts for applications in close cooperation with the internal departments and in coordination with external partners
Active participation and preparation for agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Review and Retrospectives
Responsibility for compliance with all AGCO guidelines by all employees and teams, as well as compliance with all control processes and standards

What You Will Bring:
Completed specialist degree in engineering and / or technical training in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or comparable with relevant professional experience
5+ years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience in which you played a key role in building and enhancing a QA function
3+ years of quality assurance and test engineering experience including testing, automation, performance and load and security testing
Experience developing test deliverables like test plans, test cases, test data, traceability matrix;
Experience with product development life cycle and test cycles (e.g. unit, integration, smoke), including test approach and case review
In-depth expertise in testing server, desktop and mobile applications
Experience in SAP Commerce (Hybris) or testing eCommerce or similar digital solutions
Experience in Test Automation (low code / no code solutions)
Solid knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SAFe)
Expert knowledge in conceptually creating and testing strategies on a regional and global scale in a multi-brand environment
Who You Are:
Basic knowledge of agronomy and agricultural vehicles is an advantage
Experience in people management
Excellent communication skills and team-player attitude as well as the ability to interact with IT and Business departments and any level of management
Very good written and spoken English
