About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end QA processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure QA processes are enforced across Salesforce. In this role, you will be a part of the core leadership team responsible for continuous improvement of the software development process. As part of your role, you'll be responsible for improving the quality assurance process in innovative ways.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish and enforce Quality Assurance processes for systems testing, User acceptance testing and regression testing
Drive automation strategy for QA and work with developers to create automation test scripts with 100% regression coverage
Support quality processes by developing and reviewing testing documentation and adhering to those standards and processes
Oversees testing deliverables, timelines, risk management, testing workshops, and status reporting for projects
Identify and mitigate Quality risks as they arise. Communicate quality risk status to all stakeholders in a timely manner
Job Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years of QA experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience participating in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) of a Salesforce implementation project.
Expert in automated and manual testing with extensive QA team management experience
Strong understanding of industry standards for testing - Functional, Non-Functional, Integration, System, Business (UAT, End-to-End, etc.).
Automation experience using tools like Selenium, Copado, or similar software.
Expertise in latest tools, best practices, and Agile delivery methods
