8+ years professional QA /Lead experience in Web and/or Games, this position is (70% hands-on and 30% leading a small team)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to prioritize and manage to compete for urgent tasks
Experience creating detailed test cases and user scenarios
Experience with test automation.
Comfortable working in an Agile development environment
Passion for championing the player perspective and the best possible user experience
Ability to quickly learn proprietary tools
Proven desire to take initiative and drive tasks to completion
Works well within a small team
Familiar with browser/web-based technology
Strong interest and passion for games
Provides trade-offs, risks and risk mitigation strategies
Ability to prioritize testing based on product/business value
Proven ability to debug software and hardware
Decent hands-on experience or exposure in executing, understanding, and maintaining automation/scripting tools in Java, or C# (not coding)
