Roles and Responsibilities:
Designing and developing test automation scripts.
Using test automation guidelines.
Researching issues in software through testing.
Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.
Be hands-on with manual testers and lead the rest of the QA engineers.
Define feature design and implementation.
Drive / Own complete quality results of the software.
Work with the team to deliver on the project/product milestones.
Work in an Agile environment, delivering iteratively the various features.
Interact and engage with Product and development to deliver a high-quality product.
Be involved in a continuous improvement process in design, development and delivery.
Define metrics and goals for the deliverables.
Adopt good industry practices for testing / quality assurance domain.
Requirements:
Overall 8+ years’ experience
Experienced in Manual, Automated test environment.
Strong programming skill on Java/ Python Language.
Experience on Selenium/Appium.
Good experience on android, web and backend automation.
Worked on Git or Version based tools
Worked on Agile Development tools ( JIRA , Confluence , Jenkins)
Understanding V model testing process.
Experience in Automotive Industries
Experience in Agile method of working
Good Problem solving skills
Knowledge on design methodologies
