What skills and experience will you need for this role?
Telecom / Cable Billing domain is a mandatory.
Good hands on experience in Manual testing/Functional Testing
Good hands on experience on BSS modules like Order Management, Provisioning, Order Decomposition, Order Fulfillment, CRM, SOAP UI Testing, Product Catalog, Rating Catalog, Rating, OCS, Pre-Paid Billing, Post-paid Billing, Billing, BSS E2E Testing
Familiarity in working with scripting languages such as KSH, TCL (is desirable), SQL / PL SQL scripting language, SOAP UI, Shell/Perl/Python etc.
Good communication Skills and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel & work in Shifts as per business demands
Roles & Responsibilities
What’s in the scope of this role?
Read through SRS/SA/UIS/HLD/DLD’s to understand the feature (s) assigned
Guide, Lead & Mentor G3 / G4 resources with technical knowledge.
Provide estimates for feature (s) level activities
Coordinate with Project PMs & Development PMs for proper sync-up on Project schedule, deliverables.
Identify and resolve risks impacting the QA schedule, timelines and deliverables.
Daily & Weekly status reporting to Project management & QA management.
Participate as needed in project initiation & closure activities
Work with Manager on Continuous process improvements
