We at Zuper are looking for bright and passionate QA Lead who are familiar with:
4-8 Experience in Manual and Automation testing.
Perform all aspects of verification including functional, regression, load, and system testing as well as documentation.
Having Experience in Creation, development, and maintenance of automation framework from the scratch.
Strong experience in tool (Design the model and generate the automation test scripts)
Should have good knowledge in automation test frameworks and tools (Java, Selenium, Cucumber frameworks)
Act as a liaison amongst end-users, project managers, sponsors, developers, and product managers in the analysis, design, configuration of captured features and help translate them into system requirements
Own the quality of complete module and ensure 100% regression automation along with development
Solid experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test scenarios and test cases
Analyse test results, detect bug issues and track root causes
Mapping tasks and tests to backlog items (requirements traceability)
Prepare reports, recommendations and general documentation as needed.
Work closely with product and development teams to clarify requirements and provide feedback on functional and technical design
Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organization’s agile project lifecycle.
Co-ordinate with Development and QA teams during the system development and test cycle and Post go live.
Provide Enhancement, Upgrade & post Go Live implementation testing/functional support.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Proficient in testing and development methodologies and their interaction.
Solid experience of 4+ years in Manual testing and exposure with automation testing.
Experience with performance and/or security testing will be a bonus.
Highly accurate and detail-oriented.
