Job Description

Job Responsibility:
Own full-stack quality across multiple applications, features, and technology initiatives for the SaaS technology stack. Responsible for Defining QA strategy, approach, and execution in development projects.
Establish and lead a QA Test Automation Centre of Excellence and drive the adoption of modern Test Automation. Create high-level test engineering team goals and action plans to align with overall Product Development objectives.
Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery. Build test frameworks and set up test infrastructure. Optimize processes for speed, reliability, scalability, and automation wherever possible.
Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products. Communicates quality standards and parameters to the QA team, product development team, and other teams.
Accountable for the quality of test activities during the release of products to production. Assessing on-time delivery and supplied quality performance development and testing cycle.
Continuously monitor the internal process, look for improvements and constantly innovate. Identify and implement new opportunities for improvement of testing strategies. Preparing QA SOPs, procedural documents, and reviewing test-related documents.
Communicate and adapt presentations to a wide range of audiences regarding goals, planning process, project initiatives, team innovation, and results. Implement, gather and report team/project metrics to track business value.
Raise standards of continuing to build a team of high-caliber test engineers within the planned budget and timeline. Act decisively and remove impediments for the test team. Set strategic goals and monitor the results of the quality performance.
Conduct regular management reviews across all areas in order to assess the overall health and performance of the Quality Management Practices. Partner, collaborate, and positively influence across the stakeholder ecosystem.

You will be:
15+ years of experience with 10 years of experience running quality assurance for large scale platforms (SaaS) (SCM Background)
Emulate strong management and leadership principles with the capacity to engage, motivate mentor, and coach a team of about 50 test engineers. Should have led large size QA team of 30-40 QA engineers across Automation, Performance, Security, and Manual testing
The role requires strategic thinking and planning and leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance throughout the entire product development life cycle with a strong sense of quality ownership, ensuring quality is baked in from the start.
Strong planning, project, and people management skills are required. Must have experience developing managers and individual contributors
Experienced hands-on technical manager not afraid to dig into details to provide technical direction
Proven track record of delivering results and meeting quality, cost, and time-to-market objectives
Ability to collaborate with global colleagues/ teams to define strategy, plan, and execute across the larger, global organization
Stakeholder influencing and people skills must be excellent. He/She needs to be able to set aggressive goals and manage risks effectively
Must have a thorough understanding of tool development methodology. Ability to manage software development tasks associated with specifying, developing, scheduling, and debugging according to current and future tool requirements.
