Must have 12+ or more years of experience in Quality Assurance for software applications.
Basic knowledge with relational database design and SQL using MySQL, SQL Server or Oracle
Experience in driving QA strategy, continuous measure and improve cycle, and overall quality and speed
Experience with FinTech or Lending industry
Experience in team management and hiring
Must possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, escalation management and presentation skills.
Strong grip on QA methodology and best practices in a agile environment
Experience with ticket and requirements management systems (e.g., Bugzilla, JIRA).
Experience with test management systems (e.g., Testopia, TestRail, DevTest, ClearQuest).
Experience with automated testing systems (e.g., Selenium).
Experience with data integration and mapping between software systems.
Experience with black-box testing, separate QA environments, and user acceptance testing.
Ability to perform root cause analysis.
