Responsibilities:
Define and execute QA Strategy for Salesfoce team from India.
Coach/mentor and manage small to medium team of QA Engineers.
Hands on QA test execution both manual and automation.
Proactively collaborate across multiple teams in the organization to involve from requirement stage and ensure that all stories are successfully tested and delivered with high quality.
Understand the impact of QA in all stages of development.
Educational Qualifications
Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, majoring in Computer Science or Information Science, from a reputed institute, with excellent academic records.
Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical thinking skills required
Good verbal and written communication skills
