Role & Responsibilities:
You will own and execute on ‘hiring’ and ‘vendor’ management for complete Testing/QA function
You will be responsible for highly stable deliveries of product changes to production/ live environment
You will own and track planning and execution of the following testing aspects
Functional
Performance/ Load/ Stress
Security
Regression/ Automation
Data migration
You will be the SPOC to report testing status on various projects to the Tech PMO
Desired Skills:
8+ years of relevant experience in Testing and QA of modern applications - preferably SaaS Portal/ Mobile app
Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, HPE, Test Complete
Experience in drafting and managing plans on quality management tools such as Jira
Relevant certification (CSTE, CSQA,) will help your candidature
Experience in Fintech, Banking and NBFC will be an added advantage
Strong oral and written communication skills
