Work with stakeholders to define and execute a vision around agile testing methodologies and continuously develop best practices to ensure high-quality product releases in suitable time frames.
Ensure test delivery and lead QA team, pipeline, status reporting, test plans, cases, results, test readiness reviews, and post-implementation reviews.
Participate in test case preparation, test execution.
Document and track software defects identified through testing.
Work with the Product team to resolve outstanding issues.
Provide leadership and technical expertise to the team for Quality Assurance best practices.
Work with the QA team to further develop the test automation tools and strategy for the mobile applications and API services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology members under the needs of the QA team.
Participate in planning meetings & agile ceremonies .
Regularly generate and share quality assurance metrics to management and team members.
Constantly seek opportunities to improve quality process and testing approach.
Must Have:
Overall 8-10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or comparable development experience.
Experience in Manual(5+) and Automation testing (2+)
Knowledge of atleast one programming language ,SQL and API
Demonstrated experience participating in the delivery of Mobile projects is required.
Experience working in Waterfall and Agile.
Hands on experience in testing activities: mobile testing, functionality testing and automation testing.
Hands on experience in the following activities: test estimation, test planning, execution and test reporting
Proficiency working on at least one automation framework
Must have experience in writing automated test scripts and manual testing
Experience in setting up CIs, test pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab
