Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of Quality Assurance to enable delivery of the SellogsOne platform.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, scripts, and procedures
Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating with the development team and other stakeholders.
Capability to understand requirements and specifications to ensure that high quality test cases are generated.
Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outsourced testing teams.
Adopt industry accepted best practices and establish formal QA processes and metrics.
Develop or adopt new tools and processes to ensure adequate and appropriate automation in QA for enabling performance monitoring and measurement.
Follow market trends and continuously research new test methodologies, tools and systems in the market to identify and apply new ways of improving the QA function.
Requirements
5+ years’ hands-on experience in software product quality assurance.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures to support various development methodologies and test types.
Hands-on experience with automation scripts and testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, Appium and TestNG etc.
Excellent understanding of multi-tier web application architecture and deployment.
Excellent understanding of existing QA best practices and methodologies to design, implement and automate processes.
Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in a product development environment.
A good understanding of web application security and application security testing will be an advantage.
Detailed and effective written communication skills for documenting the features tested and bugs found.
Should have led or managed a team of testers.
Excellent team worker - self-motivated, works well independently and with others.
Quick learner - eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies.
Master/Bachelor’s degree in computers or a related discipline.
