Job Roles and Responsibilities:
QA Manager should have expertise in Managing UAT Testing phase for large and cross functional projects.
Create Test Strategy and Test Plan for Large projects.
Work with Business and IT Project Managers, Business owners, Business Analyst and QA Testers to understand the testing scope.
Identify and analyze testcase owners for test case and perform Test Scheduling Day wise to invite the testers for test execution.
Run Daily Scrum and triage defects with stake holders.
Experience in Test Management Tool such as Micro focus ALM or any other Test Management Tool for test case execution and defect management.
Skill and Job Requirements:
Competency Requirements: (Competency is based on education, training, skills and experience).
In order to adequately perform the responsibilities of this position the individual must have:
5 – 10 years of experience as a QA/Testing Manager leading SAP, Salesforce projects or similar Application projects.
Experience working in Medical device company is a plus.
Experience in leading testing effort for GxP project is desired.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.
Possess the ability to work with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment
Possess excellent time management and task prioritization skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. advanced degree a plus
Comfortable working during US Time (onsite-offshore delivery mode)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
