Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Software Tester and have spent time collaborating with Dev, Product and Design teams.
Solid understanding of best practices such as TDD, BDD, CI/CD and the Practical Test Pyramid.
Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
Knowledge of agile environment and DevOps.
Experience with different types and techniques in functional testing including exploratory, boundary value analysis and equivalence partitioning.
Responsibilities
Examine end-to-end processes in addition to backend testing, ensuring quality is embedded throughout .
Write test scenarios and arranging review meetings with BA and other teams whenever required.
Intelligent Test Case writing skills– functional and non-functional requirements.
Maintain proper records of the design and implementation in the technical specification document built specific for manual and automation environment.
Maintain test evidence using JIRA (Preferably JIRA) or any other test management tool.
Requirement’s analysis and decomposition.
Produce and implement test cases and strategies during the software development process.
Qualification
Bachelors Degree in any Specialization, preferably Computer science.
Minimum 1+ yr. Work experience in manual software testing.
Experience with automated software testing tools is a plus.
Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
Good problem-solving skills.
