Develop, execute and automate functional test plans to verify product capabilities
Execution of test cases and reporting test results with artifacts using Test Rail
Work closely with engineers across teams to ensure quality for the features
Build in-depth knowledge of product architecture and develop ability to root-cause issues
Test plan / scripts review: Able to host test plan reviews for assigned features, as well as to contribute to test plan reviews held by other team members. Attend independently and provide comments for the functional requirements and/or those relating to commercial specifications/RFCs for Functional Spec reviews
Good Understanding of Layer-3 routing products and at ease to ramp up quickly on new technologies and concepts
Required Experience
BE / B.Tech. (EE/CS) Degree
7+ Years of relevant experience in telecommunications, test and automation
Hands on Experience with at least Couple of Networking protocols: L2VPN, L3VPN, MPLS, LDP, Segment Routing, BGP/MP-BGP, FRR/PIC, RSVP-TE
Experience with Packet Traffic generators
Experience in automation in python would be huge plus.
